Overview

Anti-Jump "Active" Mines are special landmines introduced by the Capellan Confederation in 3062. These mines are equipped with electronic sensors designed to detect the presence of Jump Infantry and jump jet-equipped Battle Armor as well as hover vehicles. A small propellant charge then launches the mine into the air where it detonates. While effective, ECM can spoof the system, making it harder for the mine to detect its target.[1]
