Asad Ibn Yasin was a fighter in Solaris VII's BBL and the Captain of his team during the Dark Age.
He was of the participants of the 3086 Championship.[1]
Having lost ten of his twelve matches during the year, for week thirteen, he was paired against Tyrone Dyhr. The fight lasted eight minutes, as Dyhr used his ''Phoenix Hawk's speed, jumping, and longer-range weapons to tear Asad's Hunchback apart. The match was halted when Dyhr's lasers found a weakness in the Hunchback's head armor, causing a cockpit fire and sending Asad to the hospital with first and second degree burns on his limbs. At that moment it was not known if he would be able to come back.[1]
Because of a brawl in previous week between Tyrone Dyhr and Chris Rogers, so Rodgers had to forfeit his match against Asad on week fifteen[2], meaning he was back in the championship.
