ATREUS OFFICER TRAINING COLLEGE

General

The goal of the year long course is to develop the skills of officers in leadership and command. This college is the only of its kind in the League.

Enrollment

Every soldiers how has not undergone officer training yet can apply for admission to the OTC. Only 5 percent of the applicants graduates at the first attemp. Most students spenst a number of years in active commands, but in recent years graduates fresh from the academies have applied for entry

Advanced Individual Training

The College prepares the students for the huge bureaugracy thats bring the daily officier life with it. The important of delegaion and time management is teached also. The classical fields of tactic and strategy play a lesser roll. Practical matters are the conerstone of the study in contrast to theory.

Atmosphere

The intensive course let little room for recreation and out of schools interaction. A series of teambuilding excercises are held to forge a band of comaradarie.

Graduation

During the course the students must show strong will to meet the extremely high Standards for graduation. Any failure mean that the applicant will never receive command position but in cotrast learn a number of beneficial skills.
