Official Sites

CBT's current forums board: Opened 28 May, 2006, the forums has almost 7,000 topics, 160,000 posts and 5,300 members, as of September, 2006.
CBT's (archived) previous board: Established around 12 July, 2004 and closed almost two years later, this board accumulated almost 43,000 topics, 1,008,000 posts and 4,700 members. While it has been declared that the site will be taken down on 01 December, 2006, an administrator has suggested it is now in a holding pattern and will be brought down at the first sign of causing site problems. This board is a treasure of official and fan-created information.

  • Catalyst Game Labs: The official site for CBT's licensed publisher, which details their various gaming lines. Its most advantageous use is for retailers who stock CBT products.

  • FASA: CBT's original publisher, closed in 2001. This is provided here only as a memorial to the creators of BattleTech.

HeavyMetal forums board: In its second incarnation (as of September 2001), these forums are pretty active as far as CBT boards go, though generally centered around fans of the software. As of September, 2006, the forums have over 185,000 articles and almost 1,300 members.
