Formed following the Liao-Marik Offensive of 3057, this region was composed of worlds that favored rejoining the Capellan Confederation but remained independent due to distance and lack of CCAF troops to retake them.[1] They were slowly absorbed by the Confederation and ceased to exist by 3063.
