General
Located in the outer reaches near the periphery border, the academy is a torch of knowledge in a ocean of undereducation.[1]
Atmosphere
There is competition driving the students and the dropout rate in every year is high, because the normal citizen from this region can not handle the stress of a military study. Applicants are transferred to other academies when they go further in their academic field of studying. Graduates from Filtvet are considered second rate from premier academy members like the NAIS or Albion.[1]
Special Notes
Units within the Crucis March such as the March Militias and the former FedCom RCTs recruit heavily from it.[1]
