The Flare Launcher is a missile that flies in a straight line and illuminates what it hits. It is more of a piece of equipment than a weapon, as it does negligable damage to what it hits. The primary use of a Flare Launcher is to light up an enemy for easier visual targeting at night, or as a signal for friendly forces.
