As of 3050 to 3062 the commanding officer was Leftenant General Henry Watkins, he promoted later to the rank of an Colonel and is still in 3067 the units commander.[1][2][3][4]
As of 3085 the commanding officer is Colonel Trevor Watkins.[5]
Tactics
They haven't fought any large engagements yet but simulated battles showed that this command fights with their all.[3]
