Han Winslow was the commanding officer of the Balantine Guard in 3058.[1]

His unit was the personal guard formation of Count Ledo Balantine who would become the ruler of the Saiph Triumvirate for its short existence as an independent state.[1]
No Successor State recognized the nation as being an official nation during the Triumvirate's short existence. It was absorbed in 3068 by Word of Blake Protectorate. His destiny after this is unknown.[citation needed]
