Chairman Heloise Moran was an officer and MechWarrior in the Alliance Military Corps during the thirty-first century.[1]
History
By 3025 Heloise Moran had reached the rank of Chairman, and was serving as the Commanding Officer of the Third Battalion of the Alliance Borderers, one of only three BattleMech regiments in service with the Alliance Mercenary Corps at that point in time.[1]
