Jaye Isenberg was the commanding officer of the Seventeenth Arcturan Guards' Armor Brigade as of 3067.[2]

Colonel Isenberg, commanding the Seventeenth Arcturan Guards' 173rd Arcturan Armored Cavalry Regiment, was stationed on Solaris in 3062.[1] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Isenberg was given command of the entire Armor Brigade and was stationed on Small World by 3067.[2]
