As of 3054 to 3062 the commanding officer is Leftenant General Endre Douglass, he promoted later as Colonel of the unit.[1][2]
Tactics
The command is seriour to know how to repulse a clan invasion after learning from ealier engagement, but the overall commander doesn't trust this learning.[2]
