Kinsley Crossburns was the commanding officer of the Kathil Operational Area's Alcyone PDZ as of 3050.[2]

Marshal Crossburns, serving under Marshal Robert Steadman, was executive officer of the Alcyone PDZ in 3025. Simultaneously, Crossburns was commanding officer of the Fifth Davion Guards and was stationed on Lee.[3] By 3050, now-Hauptmann-General Crossburns was commanding officer of the Alcyone PDZ but was no longer commander of the Fifth Davion Guards.[2]
