Ludmilla Proulx was the commanding officer of the Third Battalion of the Fifth Marik Militia as of 3059. [1]
History
Force Commander Proulx, serving with the Fifth Marik Militia, was stationed on Les Halles in 3059.[1] Proulx had a checkered past, being both a former member of the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces and a former mercenary, but her skills as an officer and the cosmopolitan attitude of the Fifth Marik's troops allowed her to become part of the unit with few apparent reservations.[1]
