Reaching the rank at the onset of the Second Combine-Dominion War, he would lead the defenses of Yamarovka and Asgard against overwhelming Dominion forces. Leroux would be killed in action in the skies over Asgard, shot down while defending a Nova Cat DropShip evacuating from the planet[1].
