Paula Quarnry was the commanding officer of the First Bell Training Battalion as of 3050.[1]
History
Kommandant Quarnry, serving with the First Bell Training Battalion, was stationed on Bell in 3050.[1] During the last years of her life, Quarnry allowed discipline in the First Bell to slip, leading to many of its graduates being dismissed or transferred out of their graduating specialties. After her death, Quarnry was replaced by Leftenant Colonel Milko Pochtarev who was appointed personally by Field Marshal George Hasek in order to undo the damage Quarnry had caused the unit.[2]
