History
The FSS Pleiades was the last surviving New Syrtis-class carrier to remain in service with the Federated Suns. The FSS Pleiades wasn't destroyed in combat, but had made a jump back home to the Novaya Zemlya system during the Second Succession War when it was discovered that the jump had broken the ship's back. As a result, the FSS Pleiades was retired from service.[1]
