Overview
The Spectator rates and ranks everything ralated to the 'Mech matches of The Reaches. Fans, insiders and bookies follow the newspaper's review, which gives a lot of power to it, though it is quite free of outside influence (corruption). Becasue bad/good press could kill/make famous the Solaris Games players, reporters are well paid to make them less susceptible to corruption, though unknown to most of them, spies (and P.D.) are sometimes hired to keep tabs on them.[1]
