TSEMP (Tight-Stream-Electro-Magnetic-Pulse)is a new weapon that saw it's debut in 3135. It's a fairly long range weapon that has a low damage output. However the weapon is essetially a focused EMP burst, it has the ability to shut down any electronics temporarily.
