Cleanup

Mbear, I moved your history to the top of the article. I feel narrative is much more important, since this article even lacks enough wiki-ing to have a TOC. Your addition makes it a bit more useful, until it the rest gets cleaned up.--Revanche ^{(talk|contribs)} 15:54, 29 March 2010 (UTC)

Updated History

I just updated this page with a section of new information from Blaine Pardoe's book "Forever Faithful." I need to come back and clean-up the references---the numbers in parentheses within the narrative text are page numbers for the citations. --james benedict (talk) 04:16, 28 April 2019 (EDT)
