Should this be split?

Lacking any reference showing a connection between the two, I suggest we split this into two distinct dropship pages. The name is not so unusual and the class not uncommon, sp having more than one by that name is plausible.

What about Hammer of the Gods (Clan Wolf DropShip) and Hammer of the Gods (Mercenary DropShip) and make this a disambiguation page? Talvin (talk) 14:03, 6 February 2022 (EST)

I thought about this but had decided against it because we will usually by default assume same name & same class = same vessel.

The alternative would be to default to assuming different vessels, which would mean that in every instance of ships reappearing in different source material we'd require proof they are in fact the same vessel. That's unworkable.

That said, I do agree that this ship is an edge case. If you feel the article needs to be split then I won’t necessarily agree but wouldn’t undo your work either. Frabby (talk) 14:57, 6 February 2022 (EST)
