Found her hiding in Hazen's profile in Op Klondike. We now have 2 independent sources gathered here. I fear that that may well be impossible for the next 2 founders, Icaza and Mattlov.Rebs 22:08, 24 February 2012 (PST)

The entry for the Wakizashi in The Golden Century claims Lisa Buhallin commissioned the Mech design in the Late 2900's. If this is the same then she must be a Lich as well. :) It may be the same name for a different Khan, but I suspect it belongs on the errata list. Rebs 22:52, 24 February 2012 (PST)
