Citations needed for article

I looked in the house book for a references to the article's name. In both the old House Steiner source book. There is no mentioned during the time period this happened, with name Scatter and the Handbook. Scatter is not used anywhere for lyran military operation. Both Handbook: House Steiner & House Steiner (The Lyran Commonwealth) both name offensive named Long March during this same time period, is the name offensive article written about. Article if retained should be re-named Long March Offensive. I have no idea where Scatter came from. -- Wrangler 02:40, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
