Material was based on the Tactical Handbook. I notice that MPW's aren't otherwise referenced, were they not included in later publications?

Is that text directly from Tactical Operations or is that a paraphrasing of the TO content? I am just trying to get a handle on how directly to quote the source material. - L. Richardson

Paraphrasing. Please do not directly transcribe or copy past from PDFs, Sarna is very much again direct plagiarism, not matter if their OOP stuff like the Tac Handbook or still in print books like Tac Ops. Cyc 22:11, 13 April 2011 (UTC)
