Highest Rank without a Bloodname?
In the Wolf Clan Sourcebook from 1991 there are four Star Colonels without a Bloodname.
In the Novel Bred for War Kahn Phelans significant other Ranna also holds no Bloodname and holds the Rank of Star Colonel (later she gains Natascha Kerensky's)
