Usage instructions
- Copy and paste the following code into the top of the article, filling the appropriate fields. If a field is unknown, leave it blank.
- For the image field, just the name of the image is sufficient. e.g., Example.jpg, Example.png, etc.

Explanation
All entries are optional unless noted as "required" below, meaning that the respective row does not appear if the field is left blank. Some fields only apply to certain product types.
- image =
- graphic relevant to the conflict (optional)
- partof =
- relation to a larger conflict (campaign, war, etc.) (optional)
- name =
- date of the conflict; can be a year, a specific date or a range of dates (ex: 07 March - 21 April 3067)
- place =
- specific location on a planet or within a system (ex: Unity Plains) where the conflict occurred
- planet =
- planet (or system) where the conflict occurred
- commander1 =
- the acknowledged commanding officer of the aggressor force; if unknown, leave blank
- forces1 =
- a list of the identifiable units engaged on the aggressor's force; divide multiple units with the <br> code
- commander2 =
- the acknowledged commanding officer of the opposition force; if unknown, leave blank
- forces2 =
- a list of the identifiable units engaged on the opposition's force; divide multiple units with the <br> code
- commander3 =
- the acknowledged commanding officer of any non-aggressor or non-opposition force involved in the conflict; if unknown, leave blank (optional)
- forces3 =
- a list of the identifiable units engaged on the any non-aggressor or non-opposition force; divide multiple units with the <br> code (optional)
- environment =
- generalization of the place of battle (ex: light woods, aerial, space, undersea, desert, etc.) (optional)
- conditions =
- any environmental (or other) conditions that directly impacted the battlefield (ex: asteroid field, thunderstorm, heavy snow, darkness, etc.); if unknown, leave blank (optional)
- result =
- the final conclusion of the battle (ex: Aggressor victory, Opposition victory, undecided, etc.)
