Galaxy Commander Tirant Higall was a Clan Nova Cat during the thirty-first century.[1][2]
History
Higall commanded Lachesis Keshik of Sigma Galaxy from at least 3052[2], until he accepted the post to lead Zeta Provisional Galaxy, at the time Clan Nova Cat joined the Second Star League. He lead the unit from 37th Garrison Cluster.[1]
He was one of the biggest supporters of the movement to join the Second Star League and Khan Santin West[1], and he was working to persuade his new Galaxy's warriors that their are on a better path. By 3062 he had already fought five Trials of Grievance.[1]
