Mandatory Famous Quote
As my city falls, I will fall with it. Whosoever wishes to escape, let him save himself if he can, and whoever is ready to face death, let him follow me. - Constantine XI Palaiologos
The Archives
Always a Sci-fi nerd, Battletech gripped me when I was probably around 10. Grabbing a dusty old copy of "Battletech: A Game of Armored Combat, Third Edition" off the shelf in my Grandma's house, not entirely understanding the rules I set up enough map sheets to cover the entire table and started playing. This was ~2010(ish) I was fine playing with this nearly 20-year-old game, so I put it back on the shelf and played it whenever I felt like it. After a fairly long break and branching out into other areas of the Wargaming Hobby, 4 years ago I took that box and started playing again. When I had enough of it about a year ago, I bought the newest Game of Armored Combat box, and now I'm stuck in a pit of obsession and only digging myself deeper.
Factions I Play/Enjoy
House Marik - Mostly Oriente, but I deeply enjoy the Purple Bird. St. Ives Compact/Commonality - I just think they're neat! Clan Jade Falcon - Rest In Peace 1990-2022.
Favorite Mechs
Jenner, Catapult, Shadow Hawk, Jenner IIC
