The LCS Viper was a DropShip in service with the Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces in the 2760s when it was involved in a tragic accident involving the Fourth and Fifth Arcturan Guards. Elements of the Fourth were being transported aboard the Viper when the DropShip crashed into a parade display being conducted by the Fifth. As a result of the shared tragedy the two regiments became much closer than they had been before.[1]
