Ayaal Larralde-Velasco was, as of 3134, the commanding officer of the CCAF blue water coastal patrol squadron Zheng Zhilong.[1]

In July 3134, as part of Operation GREAT FLOOD, Ayaal commanded Zheng Zhilong as it blockaded Foochow's capital Vashura, rapidly stopping the local merchant fleet and capturing the escaping governor and legate.[1]
