Bad Men, Bad Times was a written work, authored by Lilian Jarvis Kung and published by Sargasso Press, in 2535.[1]

This work provided an autobiographical account of the life of its author, Lilian Jarvis Kung, a Capellan Confederation citizen, including the story of her father's arrest and death by Capellan authorities under Chancellor Kalvin Liao's reign of terror.[1]
