Bernice Paulson was a Lieutenant (Senior Grade) in the Third Free Worlds Legionnaires.[1]
History[edit]
During Operation SICKLE Paulson's transporting Union-class DropShip took heavy fire during insertion and was forced to conduct an emergency orbital drop. Paulson landed alone outside Santa Fe, New Mexico more than 2,600 km away from the rest of the unit. Sprinting for 13 hours straight she later rejoined the Third after evading enemy patrols and ongoing skirmishes.[1]
Legacy[edit]
In honor of her exploits the "Paulson Sprint Memorial Race" was held annually, presumably following the same route[1]
BattleMech[edit]
Paulson piloted an LCT-5M Locust.[1]
