Major General Clarke Bell was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Ninety-ninth Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]
History[edit]
In command of a Division whose BattleMech Regiments were entirely equipped as heavy assault units, but forced primarily to fight against guerilla forces, Major General Bell often spent his time out in the field helping his troops to chase down hostiles in remote areas. Overruling the objections of his staff, Bell had boundless energy for such actions, and little concern for his own well-being.[1]
