Dave Rees was a freelance mercenary MechWarrior during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History[edit]
Quiet and unassuming, Dave Rees somehow acquired a functional Raptor II with an unreliable-but-functional Void Signature system. Unfortunately for him, the Republic of the Sphere has had standing orders to recover or destroy intact Raptors ever since the Word of Blake Jihad with the intent to retain a monopoly over VoidSig tech.[2]
As a result, he was said to be on the run by 3135 and was struggling to keep his 'Mech operational, seeking safe jobs to keep it running and to pay for what repairs he could.[1]
BattleMech[edit]
Rees was known to have piloted an RTX-1S-M Raptor II nicknamed "X-Axis".[1]
