History[edit]
Lieutenant Lovelace was born on the border world of Cohagen and grew up with the reality of frequent pirate raids. Pursuing technical training in the hope of parlaying a marketable skill into a ticket-off world, Lovelace earned the opportunity to join the Dismal Disinherited after a series of planet-hopping industrial repair jobs. Initially joining as a specialist trainer for the unit's "all warriors are techs" policy, Lovelace ultimately qualified for a MechWarrior slot. Only being able to take a long-snubbed Banshee, an unfazed Lovelace quickly learned to charge in and let their 'Mech's fists make up for its other deficiencies.[1]
