Major General George Tallman was the commander of the First Albion Training Cadre, with the Federated Suns, as of 3145.[1]

Tallman, with the First Albion Training Cadre, was based on Cerulean as of 3145.[1] At that time, the Cadre was staffed with fresh cadets, leaving Major General Tallman rushing to run them through training exercises before that had to face real combat with the invading Draconis Combine.[2]
