Harvard Willis was program lead for the Combine's Land-Air ’Mech training program.[1]
History[edit]
Willis participated in several successful raids during his career, but it was the 3023 Battle of Hoff which caused him to stand out to DCMS command. His heroic actions earned him a promotion and a billet as the leader of the Combine's LAM training program, though the damage his LAM suffered put it out of action for nearly a year.[1]

Willis piloted an STG-A5 Stinger LAM.[1]
Notes[edit]
The source text states he was a member of the Legions of Vega circa 3025, but this is irreconcilable with his participation on Hoff (which did not involve the Legion) and his position as training cadre.
