Ingo Ryers was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 315th BattleMech Division as of 2764.[1]

Commanding a Division equipped with mostly Light and Medium 'Mechs, Ryers sought to train his formation in hit and fade operations, to take advantage of their strengths.[1]

Ryers was known to have a piloted a recently-constructed Crab BattleMech.[1]
