Prior to being chief of security, Vjedull was the chief foreman for an excavation of a Blakist compound on Milton, and was in charge of site security. After sabotage became a problem, Vjedull embezzled company money to pay for illicit modifications to a company IndustrialMech, using the resulting MOD to hunt down the saboteurs: a youth gang using Blakist symbols. This success brought Vjedull a promotion to being the company's security chief.[1]
