Description[edit]
MechWarrior: War College Kit is a collection of plastic miniatures for use in the revised MechWarrior Collectable Miniatures Game. This set was designed for those coordinating a War College event, which ran July 15-23, 2006. The event was intended to introduce and attract new players to the game. Each new player would receive one of the miniatures and a set of needed game materials to play for the event and to keep afterwards.

Welcome to the MechWarrior War College!
In this event, new players are encouraged to try their hands at piloting a ’Mech, and existing players are encouraged to bring a friend!
Come play the assault-class Atlas, “Headmaster,” piloted by the stern Sgt. Stan Severo, or Marauder IIC, “Echo 01,” piloted by young Bruce Theron. Both ’Mechs have been designed to be equal in a one-on-one battle—which is exactly what you’ll be doing with them on the provided playmat! Each playmat is printed with special “War College” rules so that new players can learn the basics.
Every player will leave with the ’Mech he or she played, the special War College playmat, dice, and a ruler.
Pit experience vs. instinct by asking your BattleMaster to sign up for the War College, which runs July 15–23, 2006.
