Major General Oprah Zapatista was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 195th Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Assigned to lead a Division which had a reputation as a "party division", Zapatista was ordered by her superior Major General Redgar Hamilton to reduce the visibility of their actions, though not so much as to harm morale. This task was considered make or break for Zapatista, with failure likely to lead to reassignment or demotion.[1]
