Power in the Times of Troubles was a written work, authored by Fesdor Glazunor and published by Capellan Institute Press, in 2420.[1]

This work included extracts from politically powerful figures during the reign of Chancellor Arden Baxter, including his Undersecretary of the Interior Mathias Gell. Gell was quoted in the work, regarding the response of Chancellor Baxter to the limitations of the popular front movements he had sponsored, which he reportedly considered to be too timid in breaking laws.[1]
