Raptor was a MechWarrior with Akai-Hebi before later joining Nik's Cavaliers.[1][2]
History[edit]
An individual who only goes by his callsign, Raptor was an informant for the Bounty Hunter while working for the mercenary outfit known as Akai-Hebi, or "Red Snakes." The unit's CO got greedy and took a job they shouldn't have, resulting in the entire unit being wiped out. Raptor was the sole survivor and suffered from a severe case of survivor's guilt over the death of his former colleagues, possibly having played a part in their demise due to his extracurricular activities with the Bounty Hunter.[1][2]
Having lost his family 'Mech and out of work, the Bounty Hunter sent him to Nik's Cavaliers as part of a payment for intel on various mercenary companies the Cavaliers had been collecting. He saw the potential Raptor had in being a decent MechWarrior if the Cavaliers had the time to train him up.[1]
