Lieutenant General Raymundo Serrão was the Ia (chief of staff) of the Star League Defense Force's XIX Corps as of 2764.[1]

A native of Oriente, Serrão helped her CO Major General Starla Halleck manage relations with the Federation of Oriente locals within XIX Corps's area of operations, which were tense following the SLDF's lack of involvement in resolving the Marik Civil War.[1]
