Reputed to be an underground classic, this work satirized Chancellor Warex Liao, including by recounting ridiculous decrees he was supposed to have made. These included one during a visit to the agricultural world of Kumqwat, where Warex was presented as making contingency plans to protect a herd of cattle from raiders, which relied on them being able to read warning signs asking them to keep a highway clear for human refugees.[1]
