Major General Thomas Wilkins was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Ninety-fourth Royal Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

On taking command of the Ninety-fourth Royal Mechanized Infantry Division, which had previously suffered losses seeking to capture enemy units, Major General Wilkins repeatedly told his troops to instead "always go for the kill." He did so to such an extent, his soldiers adopted a modified form of the saying as their divisional nickname: Semper Kill.[1]
