Dr. Timothy Booth was a prominent personality within the Capellan March of the Federated Suns as of 3079.[1]

Dr. Booth was reported, in the September 3079 edition of the monthly Dark Side of the Suns pamphlet, to have been publicly known as notable proponent of the theory that Yvonne Steiner-Davion ordered the assassination of George Hasek.[1]
