Todd F. Marsh is an artist and graphic designer who worked for FASA through the 1980s, contributing artwork to BattleTech and a variety of their role playing game systems including MechWarrior, Doctor Who, Shadowrun, and Star Trek.
In court documents, namely the "FASA III" decision in the FASA vs. Playmates lawsuit, he is specifically credited with creating the Raven and Cataphract BattleMechs for the 1988 House Liao sourcebook (though it is unclear from the context if this includes their stats or if it refers only to the visual appearance/artwork).
