Colonel Vanessa Kinzer was the commander of the First Filtvelt Citizen's Militia from at least 3145 to 3146.[1][2]
History[edit]
A top graduate of Filtvelt Academy's class of 3125, Kinzer constantly trained her troops in combined-arms tactics, modelled on those used by Federated Suns Light Combat Teams.[3]
As of 3145, with the First Filtvelt Citizen's Militia, Kinzer was based on Broken Wheel.[1]
In April 3146, in response to criticism of the Filtvelt Coalition's response to pirate raids by Humbold Okeke, Colonel Kinzer publicly accused Okeke of spreading unnecessary panic and sought the reassure the population that the situation was under control.[2]
