Vlasta Tesarova was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Twelfth Jump Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

With the looks and usually the temperament of a kindly grandmother, Major General Tesarova could also swear like a drill sergeant when the situation called for it, switching between chewing out an officer one moment and offering them home-baked cookies the next.[1]
Her Division was based on Tantara and faced riots from local citizens of the Capellan Confederation, with Tesarova and the local police blaming each other for the continuing unrest.[1]
